We have four dogs, and were on the verge of considering having them debarked. No amount of training or intervention worked. One dog would start barking, and the rest would join in. We bought the device as a last ditch effort, and are amazed that all four dogs have stopped unnecessary barking! To reinforce the good behaviour changes, they were offered reward when they stopped barking. It seemed that one dog took a little longer to catch on than the others did, and as a result the rest had to live with the device going off while the other one still learned. All in all, we consider it successful and a good purchase.
