Shipping Fees
We charge shipping on all our orders. Packages are shipped ground service via UPS, FEDEX or the U.S. Postal Office. Shipping and handling cost is based on package weight, and is computed at the time of checkout based on the shipping address entered. You can determine your shipping costs prior to checkout and without signing in as a member. When you are viewing your shopping basket, click the "estimate shipping" button and select your destination location and ZIP code. Packages are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or the U.S. Postal Office.

Orders are expedited. Usually ships within 2 business day (unless otherwise stated on item page) via UPS or Fedex. We do not accept or ship on customer's own UPS or Fedex account #'s. See transit Time Chart Below.
Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses thru the Post Office via Priority Mail. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for Hawaii and Alaska order. Any additional customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
About Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped monday - friday. Orders usually ships within 2 - 4 business days (unless otherwise stated on item page). Business days are Monday - Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays). Weekends and holidays do not count as part of the shipping or delivery time.
Orders are shipped by either:
* UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground, which has delivery on weekdays only;
* U.S. Postal Service, which will deliver Monday-Saturday.

Personalized Items may take a little longer. Exceptions are posted with the products before ordering.
Package Tracking
When your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation and when the order is shipped you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. At the bottom of the email you will find the tracking number for your package. You will need to allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.
