Returns and Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - if you're not, please contact us to return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (see exceptions below). Item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for: 1 - Prior Authorization is REQUIRED on all returns - request an RMA#. 2 - Return package with RMA# form to the address specified. 3 - Any and all return shipping and handling charges. 4 - A Restocking Fee is charged on all returned items. 30-Day Return Period If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging (see exceptions below). Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be charged on most items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on Beds, Cages, Replacement Parts, Exercise Pens, Vehicle Products, Dog House, Rabbit Hutches, Automatic Feeders, Grooming Tables, Dryers, pond/garden supplies, Yard Tools and Equipment. All products are subject to a restocking fee if returned other than for reasons of product/freight damage or warrantee coverage.
Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged - please contact us immediately, or the next business day and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Promotional Items and Coupons Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. Any product that was purchased with a coupon that was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the coupon deducted from the refund amount.
