The Drinkwell Dog Fountain System was developed by a veterinarian specifically for animals who jump on counters or love to drink from the toilet bowl in search of fresh clean moving water. Electric pump circulates water and sends it through an activated carbon filter to eliminate impurities and contaminants for water that tastes cleaner and fresher. Dogs are known to enjoy drinking water that is flowing, so this will encourage them to drink more frequently.
