Malaseb Flush is formulated with a synergistic combination of Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Miconazole. Chlorhexidine Gluconate provides broad-spectrum bactericidal activity and, by binding to the protein of the skin, increased residual activity. Miconazole is highly effective against gram-positive bacteria, fungi and yeast, including Malassezia pachydermatis. The multifunctional surfactants found in Malaseb Flush are specially designed for effective cleansing as well as enhanced antimicrobial activity. An ideal cleansing solution for use prior to medicated therapies. A gentle water-based(non-alcoholic) solution. May be used as often as necessary. Active Ingredient(s): Miconazole base 0.174% w/v (equivalent to Miconazole Nitrate 0.2% w/v), Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.2% w/v.
Directions: Apply Malaseb Flush liberally to affected area. Use cotton or absorbent material to clean excess solution. Apply twice daily or as directed by your veterinarian.
